01. How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

pl.loccitane.com only delivers to the United Kingdom.
 
To find out if L'OCCITANE en Provence has a shop near you and/or an online shop, we invite you visit our international website.

 

03. Can I track my order ?

Click "My Account"

1. Identify yourself

2. Click "Order History" on the left hand side

3. Check the "Order status". If the status is "CLOSED", you can track your order. Go to the courier UPS website and insert your waybill number.

4. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped. The tracking link you received is activated within 24 hours, i.e. the time it takes for the carrier to digitally receive the package. We invite you to track your order after this time period.

04. How to ship to a different address?

Your order can be delivered to a different address from the billing address.
Go to BILLING & DELIVERY step.
At Delivery Address, click “Enter a new address”, type the address than click “Confirm”

 

05. Can I send an order to more than one delivery address?

If you'd like to have items sent to separate Polish addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address if applicable.
